Case studies in strategy planning
Global mobile operator: Aqute helped a global mobile operator to develop its strategy and product roadmap in mobile content, mobile payments, mobile video and its technology architecture. We combined our own analysis and interviews with the operator's senior management (up to CEO level) to produce regular strategic advice for each of their country operations. Our monthly bulletins collated the world's best thinking from a range of internal and external experts, shared best practice across the company and plotted the progress of the mobile company's projects. We coordinated a research portal with community features enabling remote teams around the world to discuss strategic concerns.
